One of the ways to optimize your WordPress is by disabling wp emojis. Emojis are small images or icons used to express an idea or emotion. So if you aren't using it anywhere on your website it's better to disable it, So with Speedy you can do it easily.
In your WordPress Admin > SpeedyCache > File Optimization tab, there enable the Disable emojis.
It will remove inline CSS for wp emoji and wp-emoji-release.min.js.
